Try fully closing the app and reopening it. If the problem persists, restart your device and update the app to the latest version. If it still doesn't work, please contact us using the information below.
Study data is stored locally on your device and may be lost when the app is deleted or after an iOS update. We plan to add cloud sync in a future version. If your data has been lost, please contact support.
Billing is handled through the App Store. You can check your purchase history in Settings > [Your Name] > Media & Purchases > View Apple ID > Purchase History. For refunds, please contact Apple Support.

WordSprint supports iPhones running iOS 15.0 or later. It also works on iPad, though it is optimized for iPhone. An Android version is currently in development.
